Prescriptive Scenarios is the next generation of our product suite. They convert higher, paint a better picture for your borrower, and give your LO a complete story. We’re creating smart loan scenarios designed to identify personalized loans for each borrower.

As we roll out additional loan scenarios and identify records that are being tracked by multiple opportunities, when we trigger an alert we’ll also validate whether or not that borrower has a previous alert in a different category, is applicable for other categories as well, or is close to another alert.
